Late Night Bakes was born of a curiosity and love of baking that started at an early age. Sharing that love with others and seeing their reactions to what I’ve made makes me happy. I want to spread that joy to as many people as I can. Growing up with an Italian family, food was always an important part of our interactions and traditions. I think I inherited that innate desire to feed people.

It started with a class at the local college and grew from there. Through fun and experimentation I’ve grown my skills, techniques, and recipes. I am always willing to branch out and try new things and make people’s visions a reality through baking. After work at my daytime job, I continue to grow this dream during the late nights - which has always been my most creative hours of course..
